I am an artist and an aerialist. I make things. Images, pictures, photos, movements. My art is linked to trapeze and trapeze to my art. I can fly, I think. If I work hard enough or train hard enough.


It's about detachment from the everyday, from the earth and from life. It's about freedom. You can be free, by faith, and by your own doings and by small means.


For me there is no point in anything but beautiful art, because there is too much that is horrible in the world. Trapeze creates a feeling in me that is better than any art I have seen. If I can link the two, and somehow, maybe one day, create that feeling in someone else, then that would be my art. And then I would be happy.


Everything else is preparation for that.
